NOTE FROM RICHARD DOLAN:

This book, which I originally published (and copy edited, and proofread, and desktop published, and indexed) myself in the Year 2000, is actually some 50 pages longer than the revised edition currently published by Hampton Roads Publishing. It is neither better nor worse than the new version; perhaps "trade-off" is a better way to describe the differences. While the new version is a slightly faster read, the original edition contains a bit more information concerning non-UFO conspiracy history. My reasoning for adding such information was not to add "padding," but rather to help place the UFO coverup within a proper context of broader activity. Essentially to show that the coverup of information relating to UFOs was nothing unusual. 

Notwithstanding the differences, the two editions are essentially the same, simply published by different entities. All copies of the original edition will be sold by me personally, and inscribed if you so wish.
